ABOUT
The Organization for Women Leaders in Science is an academic club at the University of Utah committed to the advancement of women’s equality in the field of science. To that end, the Organization seeks to promote the positive interaction of individuals dedicated to this cause for their mutual benefit and success. We believe that by joining together to encourage the scientific and individual interests of past, present, and future women in science the wider scientific community and society as a whole will profit from their contributions.

Providing women in science with a sense of camaraderie.
Involving more women in research.
Providing women with connections they need to be successful in the science fields.
